I feel, we often forget how much heavy lifting our feet do and when it comes to skin care ‘Taking Care of our Feet’ either gets the least priority or worse, gets ignored.
Like our face, our feet also require attention. However, I realized, running often to salon for pedicure is not sustainable for me and I should be able to take care of my feet myself like I do for my other skin care needs.
So, I started using foot care products and one of them is The Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Pumice Foot Scrub. I don’t exactly remember since when I have started using this Product, but it’s been long 😊.

Description: The appearance of this Foot Scrub is pretty unique. When I touch it, its feels like I am touching bouncy wet sponge or custard pudding 😊. It has quite large-sized granules mixed with soapy liquid. Also, it has refreshing Minty Flavour.
How Do I use this Product: I use The Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Pumice Foot Scrub Once a week, depending on my current need.
I massage this Foot Scrub on wet feet. I put harder pressure while massaging on those areas where I have thick or hard skin like heel or sole area and less pressure on top my feet where the skin is relatively softer. Upon massaging it lathers up and then I rinse it off.
My Overall Experience about this Product: Before sharing my experience, I would like to share with you few details of my foot-skin, so that you have a clear understanding based on what skin condition I have judged this Foot Scrub’s performance. So, I had harder/thicker skin on few parts of my feet like heel area, sole area or toe area, however I do not have or had cracked feet.
As I have mentioned earlier, I have been using this Foot Scrub for quite a while and I could feel that those hard skin of my feet has become less hard. If I remember correctly, the skin of lower part of my big toe used to be quite hard and sometimes used to peel. Now, it has become less hard and there is no sign of peeling.
This Product has quite large-sized granules mixed with soapy liquid which suffice the purpose of both Scrubbing and Cleansing my feet. Also, it has a Minty Flavour which feels Cool and Refreshing.
Another good thing is that after I rinse it off, my skin doesn’t feel dry.
Other Comments: Use this Product on wet feet, otherwise it will not get applied correctly.
