Chambor Matte Riot Lipstick: Review

Chambor Matte Riot Lipstick: Review

From last few days all my social media pages were filled up with Chambor Matte Riot Lipstick ads, almost everywhere these ads started popping up…. It’s like they were following me, thanks to sticky cookies 😉.

Anyhow, their ad strategy worked and I ended up buying this Lipstick.

Chambor Matte Riot Lipstick: Review

My Overall Experience about this Product: Though I do not like to discuss much about packaging and prefer to focus on the actual features of the Product, in this section I will start off with my views about the packaging, because the packaging of this Product was one of the reasons I got attracted towards this Lipstick when I saw the ad. I have to admit that I was much more impressed with the packaging when I saw it in the ad than when I actually got this Product in my hand. I feel, the Brand has made good attempt to make it vibrant and eye-catching. Also, the finish of the actual Product was not impressing, I could see the unsmoothed edges of the Lipstick when I first opened it.

The texture of this Lipstick is Creamy Matte and it has Medium Pigment. It feels smooth when I am applying it and gives decent finish. One surprising observation is, though it feels light while I am applying it, however, I could constantly feel its presence on my lips and it is not a good feeling ☹.

According to my experience this Chambor Matte Riot Lipstick is only good for short term wear, because after an hour or so the application starts to look patchy (To be precise, I have observed after sometime more product starts to get accumulated on the outer part of my lips even when I am not eating or drinking anything) and also it is not transfer proof.

Other Comments: Please note, I have also noticed that the shades which I have with me looks different on the online display (of the site from which I have bought) than what they look in real.

My Rating: 3 out of 5.
