If you ask me which makeup products are top on my list nowadays…I have to say Eyeliner and Mascara. Earlier it used to be Eyeliner and Lipstick, now because stepping out without a mask is not an option, hence Eyeliner and Mascara made it to the top 😊.
So, I bought e.l.f. Intense Ink Eyeliner a month ago and used it few times now.

Cost: MRP of this Product (Net Weight 2.5 g) is 600 Indian Rupees. (MRP, as mentioned on the product when I purchased.)
Description: This is a Felt Tip Pen Eyeliner and the shade is Blackest Black.
How Do I use this Product: I apply it in a similar way as my regular liquid eyeliner, which means I glide the tip of the Pen Eyeliner along my upper lash line. However, I shake the Eyeliner every time before application.
My Overall Experience about this Product: The display of this e.l.f. Intense Ink Eyeliner online along with its shade named Blackest Black truly gave me an impression that the pigment of this Eyeliner would be something which I have never seen before. In actual, though the pigment is towards higher side, however it is not too high to be called as Blackest Black.
Few aspects of this Eyeliner which are on the positive side are as follows:
- Application is very easy.
- Application is even and mess-free. Sometimes when I use brush applicator to apply my liquid eyeliner, the application becomes uneven because the quantity of product I pick up on the brush might not be same all the time. However, with this Felt Tip Pen Eyeliner I need not worry about these things.
- It dries quickly.
- It can be applied easily on top of eyeshadow. Initially I was a bit concerned that application might look patchy if I use this Eyeliner on top of eyeshadow. But so far, I did not face any issue as such.
- It doesn’t feel heavy on eyelids.
Other aspects of this Eyeliner which pull down its overall experience are as follows:
- This Eyeliner is not waterproof and it comes off easily with little rub, so I would not consider it ideal for long duration wear.
- I have experienced sometimes, when I apply this Eyeliner on bare eyelids (eyelids without any concealer, powder or eyeshadow etc.) it gets transferred to the crease.
My Rating: 3.4 out of 5.
