INGLOT Duraline is one of the products which I longed for a long time and desperately wanted to include it in my makeup collection. So, finally I bought this Product and, in this review, I will look into this Product’s performance and discuss whether it is able to match up to my expectations or not.
Cost: MRP of this Product (Net Quantity 9 ml) is 1500 Indian Rupees. (MRP, as mentioned on the product when I purchased.)
Description: INGLOT Duraline is a Makeup Mixing Liquid. This Product comes with a dropper. It is transparent and does not have any aroma.
How Do I use this Product: According to the Brand, this Product can be used in multiple ways, however, I chose to use it in three ways:
- To create eyeliners – I scrape out a little bit of eyeshadow or take some loose pigments in a clean container and then add 2 to 3 drops of INGLOT Duraline as required and mix it properly to make a smooth mixture which is neither runny nor thick and then use it as eyeliner.
- To create base for loose pigments and loose glitters- I apply this Product on my eyelids before applying any loose pigments as well as loose glitters.
- To restore dried gel eyeliners – I mix few drops of INGLOT Duraline in the container of dried gel eyeliners and bring them back to a usable condition.
My Overall Experience about this Product: In this section I will discuss my experience of using INGLOT Duraline on the three ways that I use this Product.
My experience of using this Product is good when I use it to create eyeliners. The eyeliners which I create with this Product by mixing with eyeshadows and loose pigments become Water-Resistant to a great extent. However, I have experienced a little bit of colour transfer to crease areas. One thing I must mention that I need to be extra careful while preparing the mixture to create eyeliners, it should neither be runny nor should it be thick. Also, texture of the mixture needs to be smooth that is without any lumps. Once I am able to achieve the right consistency and smooth texture, it glides perfectly along my lash lines and dries faster. Overall, I love the fact that I can wear any eyeshadow and loose pigments as eyeliners just adding few drops of this Product.
It works excellently as a base for loose pigments and loose glitters. As this Product is lightweight and nonsticky, it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky on my eyelids and also, it can be spread easily all over my eyelids. When I apply this Product on eyelids, it holds loose pigments and loose glitters securely and hence, helps them to stay in place.
This INGLOT Duraline, literally comes to my rescue when I struggle with dried gel eyeliners. Earlier, I used to feel disappointed seeing full containers of gel eyeliners getting dried after few months and I couldn’t do anything about it apart from getting rid of them. With help of INGLOT Duraline, I can easily restore the dried gel eyeliners and make them usable once again. Believe me, it is a great relief 😊.
So, in a nutshell, INGLOT Duraline is undoubtedly one of my good purchases.
