Makeup Fixing Spray is an absolute necessity for people like me, who loves wearing makeup. I feel a good Makeup Fixing Spray, not only helps makeup to stay put, but at the same time it helps to enhance the overall finished look.
Today, I will talk about Makeup Revolution Glow Fix Illuminating Fixing Spray, which I have been using since last one month.
Cost: MRP for 100ml is 1050 Indian Rupees. (MRP, as mentioned on the product when I purchased.)
How Do I use this Product: I spray this Makeup Fixing Spray from distance (approximately 20-23 cm as mentioned on the Product) on my face after completion of makeup and wait until the entire Product is absorbed onto my face. Also, I shake the bottle very well before I spray it on my skin.
My Overall Experience about this Product: This Makeup Revolution Glow Fix Illuminating Fixing Spray does its job well. I have to use heavy and multiple layers of makeup while shooting. Also, most of my makeup like Bronzer, Blush, Highlighter etc. are powder based. This Makeup Fixing Spray works wonderfully to bind them all together and set the finished look. I can visibly see the difference before and after using this Product – it helps to settle makeup grains and gives a smooth finished look. Also, it feels Cool and Refreshing.
It takes a little time to get fully absorbed.
Other thing I really appreciate about this Product is that it doesn’t have strong chemical smell. I have used some Makeup Fixing Sprays earlier which has so strong smell, that I found difficult to breath immediately after using them. I have no such complains about this Product.
The effect of this Product lasts at least 6 hours and according to my experience it can survive minor sweating/ humidity. (Note: I didn’t get a chance to test whether it can survive major sweating/ humidity as I live in low humid and cooler place.)
Though core benefits mentioned about this Product from the site I bought doesn’t say anything about making makeup transfer-proof, however, I had to test this factor (whether it can make makeup transfer-proof or not) considering we need to wear mask all the time nowadays. So, I tested it by wearing a mask after applying makeup and this Makeup Fixing Spray. Unfortunately, it couldn’t restrain makeup from transferring to mask ☹.
Just to mention, one might assume by name that this Product has glitter in it. However, it doesn’t have any glitter (or at least it cannot be found through naked eyes.)
Other Comments: Spray this Product from distance as mentioned on the Product. If you spray it from close it will tamper the makeup and also makeup will start dripping.
