Under Sea Walk – If you are in for some adventure, Under Sea Walk is a must if you are in Mauritius. You are taken in a boat to a calmer part of the sea and after a safety briefing, you get down to the sea. A Stone belt and a heavy helmet ensure that you are not floating above and as you walk on the sea bed you get to experience the sea below the water with fish moving above you. If you want, you can feed the fish too. They do have divers around, so it is quite safe and this is certainly, once in a lifetime experience.

These are some of the key places that you can visit when you are in Mauritius.

Being in the Southern Hemisphere, Mauritius has Winters in May June and Summers in December January. The best time to visit is from May and June when it is relatively cooler. However, being a Tropical Island, the weather is normally warm. January to March is a Cyclone season and is recommended to avoid.
