I was never into “Brow Game” until last eight months. My only focus used to be on my eyes. Then somewhere I heard someone talking about setting eyebrows and it goes like this – Eye makeup is incomplete if the eyebrows are not made properly and if someone is not setting eyebrows right then why even bother to do eye makeup …
So, this triggered my need of diving into “Brow Game” and I knew I had to start somewhere. So, I started searching for a product which is easier to use and ended up buying NYX Professional Makeup Tinted Brow Mascara.
Cost: MRP for 6.5 ml is 600 Indian Rupees. (MRP, as mentioned on the product when I purchased.)
Description: I bought the Shade Expresso (TBM04) and it is Dark Brown.
How Do I use this Product: Before applying the Tinted Brow Mascara, I brush my eyebrows with eyebrow brush to make sure that there is no residue of makeup left in my eyebrows and also it helps to align the eyebrows.
Next step, I take the NYX Professional Makeup Tinted Brow Mascara and get rid of the excess products which are there in the applicator. This step prevents from uneven application.
Then I directly use the Tinted Brow Mascara on my eyebrows (as of now I am not using any brow pencil) and work it along the direction of my eyebrows.
My Overall Experience about this Product: First of all, the thing which I like most about this Tinted Brow Mascara, is its Ease of Application. As a starter, I haven’t faced any difficulty working with this Product. As mentioned earlier, for now I am only using only this Product to set my eyebrows and it is working fine for me.
It has Moderate Pigment, Creamy Texture and after application my eyebrows looks Fuller.
The Applicator is Thin and easily reaches the edges of eyebrows.
However, this Tinted Brow Mascara is Not Waterproof and also my eyebrows feel a Little Stiff (read it very little) after the Product dries.
This Product does have a Chemical Smell, however not too strong to create any inconvenience.
Other Comments: As mentioned earlier, remove the excess Products from the applicator before working on the eyebrows. This will prevent from uneven and spotty applications.
