We did a Day Trip from Hyderabad. Ramoji Film City is offering free Pick Up and Drop from Hyderabad, but this is a limited time offer. If you don’t get the Pick Up and Drop, you will need to book a cab. Public Buses take a lot of time, so it will be advisable to avoid.

Since Ramoji Film City is a massive area, there are Shuttle Buses available which will take you from the Main gate to the Places to Visit and this is free of charge.

Here are some of the things that we covered:

Flim City Tour: This is an interesting Guided Tour on a Vintage Bus. It covers a number of Sets and Gardens.

Bird Park: The Bird Park here is pretty good and we were pleasantly surprised to see the variety of birds and the quality of the maintenance here.

Fundustan: This is a play area for the kids.

Eco Zone: There is a beautiful Butterfly Park here and there are a few Gardens here as well.

There is an Adventure Zone which we had to skip for lack of time.

Do remember to carry Caps, Sun Glasses and Sun Screen since you will be spending a lot of time outside. Overall, this is an Amazing Place and if you have some time, you should not miss it.
