Dandruff may be one of the scariest things when it comes to my hair and scalp problems and I am sure it might be the one for you as well.
My journey with dandruff was painful and scratchy indeed.
I have suffered long with problems like stubborn dandruff and flaky scalp.
I have used and changed N number of anti-dandruff shampoos and even consulted dermatologist for this problem. Some products did help for the short term, however I ended up with other problems like dry and rough hair, hence eventually I had to stop using those products.
So, when I saw The Body Shop Ginger Anti-Dandruff shampoo displaying on their shelves, I thought of giving it a try. It’s been more than two years I have been using it regularly and trust me, I never had to look back since then.
Because I believe in “sharing is caring”, I am sharing my dandruff-free scalp secret with you 😊.
Cost and Description–
MRP for the 250 ml bottle is 645 Indian Rupees (MRP, as mentioned on the product when I purchased).
This is a transparent shampoo and has very mild smell.
Who can use this shampoo–
This product is suitable for both him and her, anyone who has problems like dry, flaky scalp can use this anti-dandruff shampoo.
How do I use this shampoo–
I use this shampoo almost regularly, especially when I feel my scalp is sweaty or my hair has been exposed to dirt/dust.
The trick which I swear by while shampooing, is to focus on massaging the product first on the scalp and then rest of the hair, because I truly believe happy scalp is a secret to healthy hair 😊.
My overall experience about this shampoo–
Unlike many other anti-dandruff shampoos, this shampoo is very gentle to scalp and hair. It hasn’t caused any dryness or dullness to my hair.
Though it has not done any miracle in a day or two, after continual usage of a month, I started seeing the result and realized how effective this anti-dandruff shampoo is.
Other comments–
As I have mentioned earlier this product is effective when it comes to dry, flaky scalp. However, to show result it requires continual usage for a month or so.
